We have level 3 nipple flow for our Tommee tippee bottles. It seems like it is taking LO FOREVER (up to an hour) to drink 8 ounces. I've been wondering why he's barely drinking during the day and powering up at night, and DH suggested that perhaps he doesn't have the time to spend drinking when he could be playing during the day b/c the flow is too slow now. But I think level 3 is the highest they go...
So do we introduce a sippy cup? If so, what ones have you liked so far? We tried a tommee tippee beginner one and didn't really like it. I didn't like that the handles weren't attached to the top, so they were never lined up straight. Also, I felt like you have to tip it completely upside down and have it be filled pretty high to use. I bought another one today (prior to my convo with DH) that has a straw thing in it, but when I purchased it I just figured it would be fun to try, not because he needs a faster flow. So I'm not sure if this will fulfill that need or not.
Sorry for the rambley post, but any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
Re: tommee tippee and sippy cup question
My LO isn't a fan of the Tommy sippy cup, but this is the only one we have so she may just hate sippy cups in general. She will every now and again take some sips from it but for the most part pushes it away.
You can however line up the handles to the spout. Once you twist the top on, you can move the handles to line up wherever you want.
