Forgive me if this is a stupid FTM question:
DD already seems to be outgrowing the sling in her tub, but my instinct thinks that she wouldn't be able to go into the tub itself until she can sit up on her own or at least hold her head up unassisted.
Help a clueless momma out!

Never used one. Or an infant tub for that matter.
We had a Summer Infant reclining seat thing that we used in the regular tub until she could sit up on her own.

My life has a superb cast but I can't figure out the plot.
We stopped at around 3 mos which is when I felt like she had good enough head and body control. We tried it without for a few baths and she kept slumping from side to side and bumping her head on the side of the tub.

We soap and wash and then empty the tub and refill and let her splash around a bit in the new water.
