I feel like I send the same 5 foods to daycare everyday. DH & I are major foodies, but I cant seem to think of healthy foods to send to daycare. I cant get the child to eat veggies unless they are pureed or freeze dried. She pretty much gets all her veggies via the Happy Baby veggie pouches. Any ideas?

Re: I need new ideas for easy/healthy toddler food
This site may give you some ideas. It's from the same person who did Wholesome baby Food.com I think.
You can also put just about anything between 2 torillas or bread. Quesadillas are a snap to put a mix of things that can hide veggies same as variations of grilled cheeses. Pasta of course is an easy one as well. Or deconstruct a sandwich like roll up some ham or turkey or chicken lunch meat ( we prefer Boars Head Naturals ) with cheese or you can cube the cheese and make the regular ham,etc and cube,as well.
Ds really like caprese salad - grape tomatoes, HEB pearl mozzarella, a little shredded fresh basil and a drizzle of EVOO and sometimes a drizzle of balsamic. It's a great finger food or to eat with a fork. Hummus and pita or Spanikopita squares or triangles are pleasers for him as well. Mini stuff pizza that you make yourself a little pizza dough rolled and cut into bite size portions with any number of veggies same goes for ravioli. You can use tomato sauce or sprinkle with cheese or just have it sitting is a little chicken broth for flavor.

When we had to send food, this is some of what we sent:
- Diced chicken burgers (costco has them)
- Cubed ham or turkey
- Red beans and rice
- fruit cups - mandarin oranges, pears
- peas/carrots
