Juliet Simone was born on Thursday January 19th at 8:08PM weighing 8lbs 14oz, and measuring 21 inches long. She looks so much like her big sister, it's really amazing. I went into active labor the day before my scheduled c-section - and my doctor just happened to be at the hospital and was able to do our c-section early.

We are home and resting/relaxing and my mom is here which is a tremendous help. Big sister is adjusting well and I have to say that the overall reaction from her has been very positive, so that is making things a little easier for everyone. She keeps saying "Mommy, I love her so much!"

We are loving our new little one to pieces and though the lack of sleep is rough, it's all worth it and thank goodness for the help of friends and family with everything! Here are a few pics, hope I got the PIP to work:
