XP: need good vibes/dust

My SIL text me last night that she has pre-eclampisa. Sad . So the twins will be coming sooner, rather than later. Her original due date is 2/12 but they may be coming this weekend.

I feel like a jerk for complaining about her.

Big hugs and lots of dust headed her way and the twins' way. Don't feel like a jerk, you had know way of knowing or controlling this. Its early, yes, but if she was due on the 12, it's only about 2 1/5 weeks, which is pretty good for twins. Hope she and the babies stay healthy and well for the next few days.

Thank you ladies. Yes, I had no way of knowing. It just sucks she has had a difficult PG . Also, I did not realize that February is next week!?

She is on ML and is just waiting for the b/w to come back to see if they need her to deliver this week. Luckily I can take sick time for her if she needs me.

Sending your SIL good thoughts. Sorry to hear she has pre-eclampsia, it's no fun. I luckily did not have it too bad both times.

Lots and lots of dust that everything is fine. Was 2/12 her due date or original section date? If that's her due date then she's still past 37 weeks right, that alone is awesome for twins so hopefully that means no NICU time or other types of issues.

Don't feel badly for you own feelings, they're still valid and it doesn't need to interfere with being supportive of her know if that's what you want to do. I'm sure she will appreciate all the good thoughts and support.

Actually her original due date was 2/26 but the doc bumped it up to 2/12. As of Sunday, she was 36 weeks so hopefully she can make it through this week to get to 37 weeks.

UDPATE- she is at home and her bp is being monitored on an hourly basis. If it gets too high, she is being admitted.
