So we are going to Hawaii for 6 days in early February and I want to pack sunscreen because it is super expensive to buy once we get there. I love the spray cans of sunscreen because they are so easy to apply. I will also have the solid stick for face application. So, how many cans of sunscreen do you think we will need? One for each day to be safe? More than 6 cans? HELP!
Re: Help me figure out sunscreen!
I'm annoying about sunscreen for the kids, I always check the EWG rating and try to get one of their recommended ones, that is within a reasonable price range. I know the Bullfrog ones get good ratings, usually you have to order it from walgreens online or something like that.
Oh and I use whatever on myself...haha.

Thanks! I figured I am going to do both in the end
Maybe the lotion for the morning before we go out and then the spray for after the water when we are already out.
Also, just a FYI...we are doing carry-ons and mailing the stuff before hand to the hotel that carry-on requirements don't allow IE, the huge 'ol bottles of sunscreen. 3 oz bottles would be a PAIN! What a great idea (wasn't mine) I never would have thought of doing it, and the hotel when I e-mailed them about it seemed like it happens a lot and is no biggie!
