Anyone use a Summers Infant Video Monitor?

Mine sometimes turns itself off in the middle of the night when it is plugged in and has full battery. It is really scary waking up to a baby screaming from down the hall through 2 closed doors. Anyone else have problems with theirs? I am calling them tonight when I have the monitor with me but I think we will be co-sleeping until this gets fixed.

    definitely call. we have a slim&secure and have never had that happen!

    I called and they said call back when I have the monitor with me so we can do "trouble shooting" umm ya I don't to use this defective monitor anymore I just want a new one.

    we have not had that happen, unless the battery goes dead. give them a call!

    We have one and a little too often it freezes and says "No Signal". LO's room is right next door to our room. It seems like I've gotten in the habit of waking up a couple times a night just to make sure it's working.

    Ours skips when my husband's iPhone uses the wireless, when I turn the microwave on, etc.  Otherwise, we love the monitor!

    Ours does this too - but not too often. It's annoying though and makes me paranoid. I keep his womb bear on near the monitor so I can tell if it freezes by the sudden lack of sound. Otherwise, no problems. It's never shut off on us.
