Infant care in South Arlington

So I'm only 9 weeks along but I've seen some wait lists as long as 18 months and I'm freaking out a little.

Does anyone have suggestions for infant care in South Arlington/Baileys Crossroads?

    I want to say the waiting list for the Bright Horizons on Carlin Springs was more  manageable than some others we looked at - maybe 12 months to get a spot?  We ended up using an in-home (not near where you're looking).
