  We have always gone to StarTech PC and received great service.  They are just north of 183 on Burnet.

  My laptop went kaput one day and I found this guy had great recs:

  Bonus, he traveled to me, recommended a less expensive option for fixing than the Best Buy guys did, and rolled the completion of the repair into the diagnostic fee.
