We start solids in a month an I am just looking for some pointers & advice.
We plan to make our own food. We will be making our own brown rice cereal and some purees but we have this fresh food feeder that has netting so they can nom on more solid type food like fruits without being in any danger.
Is using that fresh food feeder kind of like baby led weaning? ( I do not know anything about that but if you would like to tell me about baby led weaning I would love to know!)
We know we wan to give her some purees because I think it will be a great way for her to learn / play with using a spoon so advice on both would be greatly appreciated!
Re: Advice needed. One month until we introduce solids & am not sure what is best.
Edit: Nvm dumb question.

The mesh feeder if fun, especially if she's teething. I froze some cubes of applesauce and yogurt and DS loves to suck on them.
BLW is more about letting the baby eat real food, in large pieces, by themselves. We've skipped purees altogether, and it's been really fun to let LO learn to eat this way. If you're interested, there's a book and a blog.
