two neosure $5 coupons

i registered for the similac site over three months ago and just now got my first round of checks in the mail. 

When i signed up my 35 weeker was on neosure, but it was really rough on his stomach and his pedi was okay with switching him to the sensitive stuff, so, unfortunately for me, i cannot use them.

please pm me and i will mail them out.
