My roller coaster continues...

Well ladies I went in for another US today. We saw a sac! and in the uterus!! this is a relief after yesterday not seeing anything and them thinking I had an ectopic and wanting to give me methotrexate.
When we went in to the office I started to cry because I didn't even want to see another empty screen. When the doc came in I totally broke down. So we talked about why ectopic happen and what it all means and the steps to take after the methotrexate. Then we started the US and they were showing me that I probably ovulated from my right side and the showed me the Corpus lotum *sp?* then said they didn't see anything on the right side like the doc did yesterday. then they checked the left side, unremarkable. when they went back to the uterus the sonographer said, "What's that" and the doc said "is it the beginning of a sac?" and they think it is. The whole thing defiantly looked different then yesterday. I asked about my lining (because yesterday the doc said it looked very thin) and she said it doesn't look like what the doc yesterday described to her.
So she says to be "cautiously optimistic" and that it looks about 5wks. She put me on progesterone and I go back Friday and FX we see a yolk sac. I can't believe all of this! Right know I am just thinking positively and hoping and praying everything continues in the right direction. At least we know it's not a tubal. I'm so (cautiously!) happy!!
Today I am pregnant, and I love my baby!!

Are you on a progesterone suppository? If so, stock up on liners!
