Need San Antonio hotel recs
We just moved to Texas this past summer from way up north in Canada. We would really like to get out soon and take a road trip to see this beautiful state and we were thinking San Antonio would be a great place to start. Well probably head down next weekend (yes, Thanksgiving, but we don't have any family here and very few friends so it's not like we had any other plans! Plus we kind of already celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving back in October). I was hoping for recommendations of a good hotel to stay near or on the riverwalk with a 2 year old.

Dang it! ?I had this long post, and the Bump ate it!
You really can't go wrong with any of the hotels on the Riverwalk (all the major hotel chains have one nearby). ?When you look for hotels downtown, make sure the location states "Riverwalk", "Paseo del Rio" or "Convention Center". ?If it says "Market Square" that is the opposite side of downtown from the Riverwalk. ?Everything in the Riverwalk area is very walkable, but if you want to go to Market Square, there are trolly-looking shuttles that are cheap and make it easy to go back and forth without the hassle of parking.
It looks like there is a lot going on downtown that weekend, so you will have lots of fun!!! ?And the weather should be great!
