  i sleep curled up in a ball on my side, but can only curl up so much now bc my knees hit my ever expanding belly

  Haha, me, too. And it's a lot comfier if I sit with my knees apart (how ladylike!).

  My best friend texted me the other day asking how I was doing ...

  My answer.... "my boobs rest on my belly and my belly rests on my thighs... that's how my day is going"

  There is nothing lady-like about the way I sit for quite some time.  I can't even get my legs near each other when I sit down because my belly occupies all that space.  I will miss my little table for my drinks and my phone lol.
