Please recommend your yoga DVD

Hi all,

I am looking for a good yoga dvd or something on netflix streaming. I have been having back pain for a while not and haven't worked out at all. My Dr. recommended Yoga to help strengthen my back and core.

Any suggestions?

I really like Rodney Yee, his video's are very relaxing & can build some sweat if you need it.
