When I paint my daughter's nails/toenails, my son (2.5 years old) always wants his painted as well. I think this is perfectly acceptable and fun, so I paint them. I paint them green or blue - not pink.
My ex-H is NOT ok with me painting his nails/toes at all.
Just wondering what y'all (and your spouse/SO) think about painting a toddler boy's nails/toenails. I'd love to hear why/why not too.

Re: Poll: Painting nails/toes of toddler boy - ok or not?
I put that it's ok with both of us, but I don't have an older daughter getting her's painted at the same time.
Phew! For a second I thought this post was prompted by MY post about where to find Piggy Paint.
ETA: For the record, both DH and I are fine with it. My only rule, as Ben gets older, is that he can do what he wants with his dress and style as long as a) it's not permanent and b) doesn't conflict with the dress code at his school.
I think its fine but I do think you (general you, here) should tell the kid that its a girl thing. Full disclosure, you know?'
Jakob used to love to play with my makeup. I'd tell him he was being a silly boy, make up is for girls. He didn't care, he just wanted to use my blush like war paint across his cheeks.
