I read rosie's soup recipe this morning and it sounded really good, but i did not have the ingredients. I did have tortellini though and remembered a soup i used to make. So I googled and found this very similar one. It was really good!

I nixed the green peppers don't like) and italian sausage (didn't have any and I'm fine without meat in my soups)

I bet it would be good with a mushroom filled tortellini, i think you can find those easily right?
