She asked "do u plan to deliver naturally?" - and yes, that was her exact lack of capitalization and the "u". This is also the woman who texts me at 5:30am to "remind" me that my nephew's birthday is next week.
What I wanted to say "Is there an unnatural way to deliver?"
What I said for the benefit of DH - "I'm not committed to any specific birth plan other than one that results in the safe delivery of a healthy baby."
Why does anyone thinks it's ok, or really even care, how I hope/plan on bringing my baby into this world?
I'm prepared for the next text from MIL to be a question about the state of my cervix - which at that point, I will just ignore.
