Whatever these contrax I've been having are, they seem to be aggravating what I think is a pinched nerve in my back...that particular pain is far less bearable than any other discomfort (so far) which worries me when labor is really going...anyone experience this, have any tips? I've stretched and such but nothing seems to help.

Yuck.. that doesn't sound like fun
Could it be back labor and not a pinched nerve? Even when my contractions were light, and easy to work through, I still felt it mostly in my back.
Have you tried different positions to try to relieve it? Like hands&knees, or draping over an exercise ball? Those both helped me alot (as much as it could).
Another idea: maybe take some tylenol and just be able to get a little bit more comfortable.

Try putting some ice on it. If it is swollen and aggravated ice can help take down the swelling, where as heat will continue to aggravate it.
