Followup to Minding my own business

Just wanted to let you ladies know that everything worked out well for my sister. Thanks for your thoughts and support.

As a reminder, I was freaking out because my sister's doctor wanted to induce her at 40wks 3dys for her first baby, with no complications.

So, she went for her office appt at 40wks 1dy and her doctor asked if she wanted an extra week to wait. She said yes and off she went to wait. At 40wks 6dys, she went into labor naturally and progressed very well over 12 hours. She ended up pushing for 3.5hours and having to use suction, because his hand was up with his head. But, the doctor never suggested a c-section, because she knew my sister didn't want one. They worked with her, moved her around, and did everything you really should be doing as a provider.

I am so, so happy that she had a better experience than I did. Three days later, she feels completely great. And I have a beautiful nephew!
