I tried on my some of my pre preg clothes today. The shirts and jackets fit really well. The pants and my favorite dress not so much. Can't get the pants done up due to the flab around my scar and the dress just shows off that area really well.
Not to belittle what you're feeling because I get disgusted from mine too but it is true that you can need a little help from some strategically placed undergarments regardless of whether you had a c/s or delivered vaginally.
Spanx are "shapewear"-think super control-that smooth out and hold in lumps, bulges, etc. Seriously, they're great. Before getting pregnant, I wore them under stuff that clings in the belly area all the time. I even wore them before I had a c section with DD.
I wore Spanx under my work clothes when I went back to work at 12 weeks until about 6-9 months past c/s. They helped to keep all of the extra of me in. I am actually starting to look into pulling them back out for after my RCS.

don't feel bad - I still cant fit into my pre-baby pants - even the ones i had before I was on WW the first time. I weigh less than I did at my heaviest yet my "fat" jeans dont fit. I still have to wear the maternity ones because everything shifted. Believe me, it makes me very depressed.
I wear 2 sizes smaller than when I got pregnant. But that belly flab is still there! Pants are the worst for me bc to get them to fit in the waist they are freaking huge in the butt/legs. I am liking dresses that are more tailored and shapely; I actually look smaller in them though they were bought because my belly is bigger!
don't feel bad - not only just the extra skin that folds over but your hips had to expand so much to fit a child in there...chances are your hips are wider and will stay that way for a while. i JUST got my prepreg jeans on the other day, although i don't really workout to be honest and i'm 9 months pp.
Re: To make myself feel even worse about my c/s
