I got this book for Christmas and I really wish I could have read it to my son this past week (of course I never will). He has it in his mind that he is a newborn again and needs to get up every two hours. Are any other April moms going through this right now?
Re: Go The F*ck To Sleep!
Love that book. Made me laugh so hard I was crying.
DD's been a good sleeper, however, she's in this phase of 'hold me while I sleep'.

We're there too. Chase didn't sleep through the night more than 3 times between 6 months and 8 months. We finally got him sleeping through the night for 5 days straight, then he started teething again and now he's up several times a night again. Hello sleep deprivation.
I am so tired... It does not help that I have been sick the past week and my BF was out of town for work. I think it might be teething (he was like this at 4 months when he got his first teeth). It could also be that maybe my supply has tanked. I don't pump (never could get anything). We have our 9 month check up on friday so maybe the doctor can help me somehow.
Sorry you other moms are in the same boat, but at least you are not alone! One day our babies will sleep!!!!
Love this positive outlook (the part I bolded).
We're going through it, too. I'm sure it's teething :-( The worst part was on a really cranky night earlier this week, I couldn't get Liam to "unlatch" in his sleep without chomping down. So, I'd get him to sleep, then I'd be going, "No! No! No bite! Don't bite Mommy!" (So, then, no one's sleeping since we were co-sleeping then.) Oops.
Mac and cheese lover!
Oh, that's rough. I haven't had Chase bite me in a while. Last night he didn't want to stop comfort nursing. Every time I would unlatch him, he would start kicking his feet and rooting again. I finally did a quick change for the paci, rocked him to make sure he was falling for it, then put him back in his crib.

We are on a no nap, up every couple of hours schedule. I am struggling!! This morning Jack was up at 5:00 ready to play. Then fell asleep on the way to the sitters house.
I'm right there with you!!!! DH took LO downstairs this morning at 5:15 and then came back up around 6:30. I slept through all 3 of my alarms and then woke up with what felt like the worst hangover I've had in a long time. LO has been teething on and off for about the past month and has started waking up ever 2 hours to comfort nurse and cuddle. Sooooooo Sleeepy!!
