  It's been 2 weeks. He will take a bottle but still not that easy. I have tried everything to get him back on: wearing him nursing side lying he arches his back and screams when I get him into position. It's terrible! He was fine up until a few weeks ago.. Can this me a reaction to something in my milk? Ideas? I'm so done.

  I forgot. He is 4 months and he nurses fine when he wakes up during the night and in the morning.

  I would definitely speak with a LC. She will be able to advise you on what might be going on. From what you said about him nursing fine at night and in the morning, it doesn't seem like this is a problem he is having with your milk.
  

  I'm so sorry you are having a hard time! My DD was a terror when it came to nursing, and it was so frustrating that I eventually switched to EP. But I wish I had had the opportunity to talk with a LC first. Don't give up! It sounds like a phase to me, so get some help from a pro.

  Since he nurses well at night get him ready for a nap and try nursing right before he falls asleep. When my son fights the boob he will always take it the minute his eyes close.
