BFing and dirty diapers

My little one typically averages 3-4 dirty diapers a day. Of course there are days where it's less or more. However, she did not have any yesterday or yet today. She has plenty of wet diapers (at least one after each feeding). Has anyone else experienced this?

    My LO only did #2 once a week for the first 6 months of his life.  The doctor said that in about 2% of babies the breast milk metabolizes so efficiently that the baby does not need to poo daily.

    At my 2-week appt, the pedi warned me that in the next couple weeks, he may go 1 to 5 days with no bowel movement (he currently goes 6-8 times a day, practically with each urination).  Apparently, it is normal in BF babies to go several days without a movement and it is not cause for alarm. (In FF babies it could mean constipation, per the pedi).  He was just giving me the heads up so I wouldn't worry when it happened.  I'm pretty sure he said between 3-4 weeks to expect this.  I'm kind of looking forward to it...LOL.

    I kind of remember DD's diapers only being dirty several times a day for the first couple weeks. After that, it slows down and is normal for them to poop only a couple times a week, sometimes less.
