H took the day off from work (because he knew in advance he'd be hungover from tailgating at the pats game yesterday!  wooohooo go PATS) and we had fried dough for breakfast Embarrassed MIL is portuguese and gets the most amazing fried sweetbread from a local portuguese shop. It's so good with coffee!

    Anyway, I think we're going out to lunch and I am dying for a good pasta dish, so i'm apparently on a high-carb diet today.  Oh well, i've behaved all weekend (with the exception of a bottle of wine and half a bag of goldfish last night) Embarrassed

    For dinner i'm making a spicy beef stir fry with tons of veggies and jasmine rice. I meant to make it Friday but forgot to defrost the beef so we had sandwiches instead.

    We'll be back on track tomorrow- for now i'm enjoying my carb binge!

    Snack - 90 calorie fiber one bar

    Lunch - progresso light soup. 1 slice bread and butter. Skinny cow icecream sandwich 

    Snack - cottage cheese and a handful of nuts

    Dinner - 1 slice of cheese pizza.  Salad

  • Breakfast- DD had a follow up dr. appt.  She had oatmeal and banana. I had dry cereal on the go.

    Lunch- cottage cheese and fruit for both of us. 

    s- cheese stick for DD apple and PB for me

    d- jumbalaya and green salad
