I am at a point right now where I know I'm pregnant but it doesnt feel like I'm pregnant. Maybe its just me, but I've talked to my mom and sister-in-law and both say its normal. Thats a little weird to be considered normal, I think, but this is my first so I just have to go by what I hear or read about. I had a really rocky 6-8 weeks where I was back and forth at the midwife's offices doing all kinds of tests, so that reaffirmed my pregnancy (at least mentally for me). I had my first ultrasound and saw my little runt so that was a big help for me in making it real.
Right now, though, I feel like I should pregnancy test just to calm my nerves. My fiance thnks I'm crazy. I know I'm still pregnant so that isnt my concern. I just feel like I should be feeling something other than nothing.
I can't be the only who has felt like this at one point in time. has anyone else ever felt like they weren't pregnant?
Re: 9 Weeks & Not Feeling Pregnant
Been there, felt like that, there again.
The closer we get to the 2nd tri the better we feel. The 2nd tri is the honeymoon stage of pregnancy where we start to show and feel fantastic. Then we get uncomfortable, sometimes revisit first tri issues again like nausea, heartburn, etc. and boom, there's baby.

The first kicks are fun, but when it turns into internal kicks to the crotch and swift kicks in the lungs, well the novelty wears off rather quickly.
