Bumbleride Indie and Indie Twin Safety Concern (just was emailed)

Just was informed by diapers.com and bumbleride.  Didn't see it posted yet.  They are sending out kits to fix the problem.  I am part of this "recall"

    Thanks for posting...will have to check the manufacture date on my Indie Twin in the morning, but I have a feeling that we'll be part of it as well.

    We are seriously looking at an Indie Twin for when #2 gets here - would you ladies highly recommend it or was it not worth the money?  We were looking at used options too but now I don't know if I want to because of this.  Thanks!  We are in CO and fairly outdoorsy.
