I apologize up front if this has already been posted. I haven't been on much lately. Is anyone out there doing weight watchers? I am on day 3 and am starving. I feel like all I do is eat, but I am never full. What have your experiences been?
I just started it, too! I feel like the points are enough for my daily needs. If I'm hungry beyond my points I grab a banana or an apple! I'm on the bf WW so I get more points...
I'm on the bf ww, too. You would think 41 points would be enough for anyone, but I am still hungry. I know I am actually eating more than I did before, but I am kind of a junk food aholic, so maybe it just takes longer to adjust to healthy food. :-) Seriously, I could go for McD's french fries and a DQ blizzard right now. I am determined to be good, though. I wonder how long it takes to adjust?
I was letting DH do our meal planning and I was starving from that... but we added in more veggies with dinner and we were better. We've been on it for 2 1/2 weeks and I've lost 5lbs so far... I have 46 points and feel like I can't get eat that many points! Also on the BF WW plan too.
I'm doing it on my own since I've done it a few times in the past. I actually joined the month I got my BFP, so I had all the materials and ended up not using them shortly after joining. When I'm hungry I just grab fruit or veggies since 99% of them are free. Also, try eating high fiber foods (WW calls them Power Foods I think) because they keep you fuller longer. I eat steel cut oatmeal for breakfast and it also helps with milk production Brown rice, whole wheat breads, etc.
This may be a stupid question, but what does it cost to join? It seems like an easy plan to follow since it's what everyone talks about. I'm just on a huge budget and can't afford a big membership fee.

I have been on it since the 31st of December and I'm down 10 pounds. Pretty good considering my weight has not budged since a week pp. The first few days I did awesome, but it took me a few days to start to feel deprived. I'm eating too many small things that cost a lot of points. I haven't figured out how to eat to feel full and not go over my points. Fresh veggies are hard to find where I live, I have been craving some broccoli so bad and can't find it packaged or fresh anywhere. I get a LOT of points too, 47 a day! I can't seem to give up my breakfast sandwich and Coke in the mornings.
For those of you doing WW, how to you use the extra points? Do you not use them, use them a few a day, or splurge on a big meal and spend most of them at one time?

I haven't used any of my extra points yet, but I plan to use them for the occasional Pepsi, dessert treat or eating out at a restaurant. The first two days were rough for me, because I drank my large pop as usual and that used up soooo many of my points. Yesterday, I decided to switch to iced tea and that actually left me with extra points at the end of the day. I try my best not to eat anything with fake sugars, which makes the plan a little more challenging, but it is still doable.

I AM adding in at least two fruits a day to keep myself satisfied! What's been the hardest thing for me was cutting out dairy!

Yup, with working full-time, there is absolutely no way I'd make it to meetings.
