please help! east bay baby shower venues...

Hi, I am throwing my sister's baby shower and our family is located in pittsburg, ca and san francisco. I am open to locations anywhere near these places. It's going to be more non-tradional, co-ed bbq at a park. If anyone knows of any nice parks that arent too expensive to reserve please let me know. I have checked out Golden Gate Park, but I would like to see if anyone has any other suggestions.

    The only issue with having the shower in the City is the weather - it can get really funky. 

     I went to a shower recently in the Oakland HIlls. I can't remember exactly the name but I believe it's a venue that can be rented from the City of Oakland, it's right off the Warren (13) Fwy.  It was an awesome place, huge kitchen, public restrooms, free and easy parking.  I'll ask my friend the name of the venue, it's right off Mountain Blvd.
