8 weeks today and so far so good. still having nausea and exhaustion and breast tenderness seems to have increased a bit. also my clothes just dont fit. i think i may have gained too much weight for first trimester so i am trying to slow my eating down.

Yay. Me too! My doctor suggested walking on the treadmill or elliptical for 30mins, keeping my heart rate at 144. Ask your doc what they think.
