Sadly taking time off

Well ladies, it's sad to say but we are going to have to take time from TTC for a while. We had some stuff come up and it just doesn't seem fair to try and bring a child into the world until it is resolved. It's upsetting for me and for my husband, but we want to do what is best for our future baby/family. Until then, we are still going to track temps, etc. I've been in a funk all day thinking about it. We are still doing planning for baby, and setting money aside for baby, and thinking about baby. I just hope you ladies don't mind if I hang out here even though we aren't actively TTC.

Yes please stick around. I'm sorry to hear you need to take some time off from TTC, but I'm sure it will be for the best! I hope you can get everything figured out and get back to baby making as soon as you can. Wishing you good luck and a quick BFP when you return.

that sucks, but it sounds like you are doing the best thing for your family. i hope that you can get back to ttc quickly and that you get your bfp soon after!!

Thank you everyone. I'm hoping we get this crap taken care of soon, but it could be a 6 months to a year. At least we are doing this with the knowledge that when we do come back to trying to have a baby, it will be the best for us, and our growing family.

DH and I are in the same boat. We putting it off for a while too. So I'll be lurking along with you!

You are more than welcomed to stick around! I hope you & YH find resolution in whatever you're going through. I know how hard it is to make the decision to put TTC on hold. MH & I are nearing that decision. This has been the center of our lives for over a year now & I don't know how we're going to shift our focus away from it. Only time will tell.
