Clear Blue Easy HPT "ergonomic shape" ???

In an ad. Over there on the right. They showed a new HPT with an "ergonomic shape". Is that like the newest effort to stay fresh in their marketing campaigns?? I mean, you only have to hold it for 3 seconds. Were women complaining it was making their hand cramp? Couldn't hold a stick long enough not to drop it in the commode??

  • I hate the stick!

I would love a dye pellet that you drop in the bowl, take a whizz, and if you're PG it turns the water purple or something.

No stick. No ergonomic whozits. No tinkling on your hand (I know I'm not the only one who did that!) Walla!

    Now that would be awesome!

How about an extender for pregnant women peeing in a cup?!? I'm only 6 months and at my last visit, I could barely reach down to give my sample. How am I supposed to keep doing this?!

We have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.

That might be the coolest idea ever! Of course, you'd never get a BFP at 7dpo that way ;). There would be pictures of toilets "Does the water look purple to you???"

I missed the stick more times than I can count so I finally just got a bunch of the mini disposable water cups and used those to pee and then dip in.

My problem is that I always pee on my hand. The nurses always look at me funny when I ask for a glove. Am I the only one that wonders how many PG women pee on their hand and then touch handles, knobs, toilet paper dispensers etc in the bathroom before reaching the sink?! Ew.

  • Totally reminds me of the Friends episode of Rachel finding out she's pg at Monica's wedding.

Monica: "Are you sure it was positive? Did you pee on the stick right?"

Rachel: "How many ways are there to do that?"

  • Gee, am I the only one who peed in a cup?

I had a shot glass from the Breeder's Cup, which I thought was totally appropriate since it was, well... MY breeding cup!

Ha, I had to pee on a teenytiny strip at 37 weeks pregnant with twins! It took two tries. The first time, I missed completely, and they made me redo it, but of course I didn't have to pee anymore.

Nope!  I had a lucky pee cup.  Still do, on the top shelf of our bathroom closet.  I could never part with my lucky pee cup.
