my nutritionist from my RE's office gave me a good solution, she told me to take a pitcher of water, and slice up some fresh ginger and soak it in the water, and every morning i'd have a glass, some days it worked, some days it didn't...i'm almost 21 weeks, and my m/s just stopped over the last week....LOL...the thing i found worked best for me, was chocolate almond milk, for some strange weird reason!!
wishing you good luck!!!

I am sure to eat every 2 hours. That is the only thing that helps. Granola bars, pretzels, cottage cheese and lemon yogurt and pbj are my staples. On days I throw up I stick to chicken soup with rice or plain pasta.
I was on zofran from 6-9 weeks and phenergan from 9-11 weeks. The nausea was awful, and prescription meds were the only thing that worked. From 11 weeks til now, I can manage it as long as I eat every two hours.

I would eat something every morning before I even rolled out of bed: dry cereal, graham cracker, crackers (low salt) or other bland things.
Zoloft helped, but backed me up like no one should ever be. I also see an acupuncturist and she showed me the pressure points and put these beads on my wrists.
If I did not eat every 2 hours, I would get nauseous and once that happened it was more difficult to eat or find something that did not totally create an aversion.
Key is, eat before you are nauseous.

Eating every 2 hours is key like PPs said. But I have also found that sucking on sour candies, like a lemon drop helps me too. A good friend of mine said that those preggo pops really help too, they have ginger in them. GL, I hope it gets better soon.

Lots of good suggestions have already been mentioned. One thing that I've found pretty reliable has been popsicles. I know it's going to be a really bad day if I throw up my morning popsicle, too. Also, if you can keep them down, make sure to get as many fluids as possible, because dehydration definitely makes nausea and vomiting worse. My morning sickness was really unmanageable until about a week ago and I was getting IV fluids 3-4 times a week. If you can't keep anything down and you are dehydrated, it is a good option.

I ate plain waffles out of the toaster, dry cereal, wheat crackers, and V8, milk, and fruit smoothies. I also used the Seabands (even though I was completely skeptical about it), but it did seem to help. GL!

Thanks ladies for the tips. It's getting harder and harder to keep eating. I feel like all I do is eat. Somedays are just harder than others. I have Zofran, but it doesn't really seem to help much.
Anyone take B6?

The only things I have been taking are my prenatals, omega-3 and vitamin D. Before you start taking anything, check with your OB.
I forgot about the fruit smoothies at Target cafe, they come in Mango (sweet) and Strawberry (tart) they helped when I needed something with flavor and was out and about.
