Homecoming outfit

So we are thinking this LO might not even reach 7 lbs by our C-section on Tuesday. She was measuring about 6 1/2lbs Tuesday at our LAST appt.

Should I even bother with a possible 0-3 month outfit and just go for the Newborn sized?

    yup newborn for sure.  My DD was 6 lbs 15 oz and wore newborn stuff for at least a few weeks.

    My DS was 6 pounds 15.5 ounces and he is just over a week old but there is no way he would fit in any of the 0-3 months clothes we have for him.

    Declan was 8lb 2oz and was SWIMMING in newborn sleepers.  He is now 8lb 12oz and still fits Newborn perfectly.  I'd say you're probably safe with just newborn sizes!!

    Layla was 7lb11oz and NB fit her perfect.  0-3 were huge on her.

    Newborn

    DD was 7lb 10 oz. and lost weight in the hospital. She came home at 6lb. 15 oz and went down to 6lb. 6 oz. at one point... She was swimming in 0-3 size clothes and I had no newborn size at the time because I thought it would be a waste. I'm glad we got some as gifts.
