Annoyed...
So my birthday and SIL's birthday are a few days apart. We invited over DH's parents and SIL and two of our close family friends to celebrate at our house on Sat so we could put DD to bed on time and have some "grown up" time together. I just got an email from MIL cancelling because SIL and her want to have a birthday bond day together. I already invited our other friends over and they plan on coming. And apparently my birthday doesn't count....gee thanks!
Somehow I was almost expecting this. I feel like the world revolves around them and no one else.

The worst part is that they are going to this REALLY trashy redneck bar instead....so it's nice to see we fall below that.
