    This was such a great story! I'm a FTM and today's my due date, so the actual labor process is on the forefront of my mind. I've been telling myself I'll go natural for as long as I can handle it, knowing that having an epidural is an option should I need it. Your approach to labor was exactly what my mom suggested - just relax your body into it, breathe, let go, and ride it out. Tensing up is what makes it worse. It was great to hear how well it worked for you, and it makes the whole process sound so much more peaceful and enjoyable. Congratulations on your new little one!
