When ours broke (a month after buying it), I called Yookidoo and they said they were backordered for ages and would send me a replacement toy. Sucks b/c my boys loved the spout so much, but I'm not sure I'd even buy a new one when they were everywhere, just b/c it broke so quickly.
Ours broke after a month, too. They were supposed to send a replacement but that was at least 3 months ago. I have another toy made by them that was expensive and did not hold up. Not a fan!
Mine works just fine. I got it on babiesrus or toyrus website. But I didn't see it there when I checked just now.
I've had mine for almost 6 months and it's fine. I also make sure I rinse it out after bath since there are bubbles and soap in the tub I figure it can't hurt to keep it clear of that stuff.

We never have bubbles in our tub (Coop doesn't like that he can't see through the water) so I'm pretty sure that wasn't the problem, at least in our case. It just broke. And changing the batteries did nothing. When I called, the customer service was awesome, but it seemed like they got the "my spout is broken" calls a lot. Oh, and I usually would put it into the bathtub after I'd rinsed the boys off, so there wasn't much soap floating around. I'm quite jealous yours is still working.
Re: yookidoo flow n fill spout
Ours broke too, and we couldn't get anyone on the phone at the company so we threw it away.
