I used the CBEFM a couple months ago and got a BFP which ended in a m/c. I did a hard reset of the monitor and used it again last month. I am currently on CD4, and forgot to hit the m button on CD1 and went to do it today. I had a 31 day cycle, so my monitor said CD35. I held down the m button until the 1 popped up and then held it down waiting for it to go up to 2, 3, so I could stop at 4. But it never went up, it would just go back to the screen saying 35. So i would hold it again and it would go back to 1 and when I would hold it waiting for the numbers to start going up, it would just flash and go back to the screen saying 35.
Has anyone else had this problem? Just wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to fix this before I call the customer service line. Thanks
Re: yet another question for CBEFM users
Sorry to hear about your loss. I don't really have any advice on this issue. It is only my second cycle using the monitor. If Google doesn't help you out, I'd probably call Customer Service (but I tend to be impatient about things like this).
Good luck!
So sorry for your loss!
I'm not having that issue, but I am having an issue with the power button not working so well - sometimes I have to push it 10-20 times before it actually turns on. I called customer service today and they were very insistent that this was a big problem, but they would not replace the monitor. They are MAILING me a return label and will try to fix it, which could take up to 3 weeks. If they can't fix it, then they will mail me a new one. Total nightmare since this is my week for testing.
Hope the same thing doesn't happen to you!
