I've tried giving LO water, but she hates it. It would be nice to give to her after she's ate something but still doesn't need a bottle. How did you introduce water to your LO?
Straw cup, room temp water. Practice in the bath. She doesn't drink much, but I offer with all meals and snacks and she will take a few sips.

My DD first started taking sips from my cups of water. (I'd obviously hold it for her). I think she just liked doing what I was doing at first. Now she drinks from a straw and swallows a lot more.
Just keep offering it to her in a sippy cup - it may take awhile but she'll eventually start drinking it. We got a sippy cup that's easy for DS to pick up - but he sucks so much out & then spits a bunch of it out.
I would drink out of the sippy in front of him. He always wants whatever I'm eating/drinking so he caught on quickly. Also. I offered it at every meal every day.

My LO will drink water from my glass. She watches me fill it up from the refrigerator door (which she thinks is pretty cool), watches me take a sip, and then wants to chug the whole thing herself.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will try a straw sippy cup, haven't tried that yet. Also like the bath suggestion. And I do need to start offering it more often. I guess my mind-set is still in "She's a little baby" mode, but she's not a little baby anymore.
I started by adding about an ounce of juice to 4 oz of water and then little by little took the juice out completely. Now he just drinks water. Took about a week of doing that.

This, but we use regular sippy cups. We occasionally hold a regular cup up to her, but she's not quite getting that concept.
