QOTD:
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle?
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why?

My chart.
Re: ~*~*Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan Mommas Check In*~*~
QOTD:
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? I'm feeling hopeful because we had good timing, but I've had good timing and BFNs before so we'll see...
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why? Right now I'm pretty into red wine when I'm drinking. There are just so many varieties that taste good and I love that it goes so well with most of the food that I love. When I want something nonalcoholic I always go for English Breakfast Tea. I lived in the UK for a few years and I picked up the tea habit there. It was rude not to.
BFP#1 April 12, 2011, EDD December 24, 2011, strong heart beat at 7w3d, d&c at 10w6d
BFP#2 Oct 24, 2011, natural miscarriage, EDD unknown
After RPL testing my losses and subsequent infertility are considered unexplained.
Cycle #22: Femara, TI, and progesterone = BFP!!
BFP#3 Dec 21, 2012. Beta #1 @14dpo = 134, progesterone 67.8. Beta #2 @ 17dpo = 664! Team green, EDD 9/1/13, healthy baby boy born 9/12/13!
Congratulations to the fabulous KGS2003! Her sweet boys are here! Grow boys grow!!!
Current Status: Waiting to start our FWP-athon. I'm on the 3rd day of my 5 day med cycle and plan to start using OPK's very soon since we missed O last month (freaking moving up 5 days!)
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? I don't know why, but I'm really optimistic. I hope that doesn't come back to bite me in the a$$!
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why? Alcoholic: Daquiri. It's fruity, it's cold, it's yummy. It's just awesome!
Nonalcoholic: Water w/ lemon. I live in AZ and on those hot summer days, NOTHING makes you feel hydrated other than good ol' fashioned H2O.

Nothing really to update, just waiting for my OPK's to get here. Hopefully I don't miss my FW!
QOTD:
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? Eh....it's still WAY early. Just hoping I get the OPK's and they don't make me more confused.
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why? I love Moscato....YUM! It's the perfect wine. Not too sweet and not too dry. My favorite nonalcholoic drink is cherry coke. So great!

BFP #3 3/9/12 EDD 11/19/12 Logan born 11/18/12
~*~*Everyone Welcome*~*~
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? I'm feeling good about it. Hopefully we had good timing. We still don't chart or use OPKs so we pretty much do the EOD or gold star method and try to go from like CD 6 to 20 but usually don't make it that far (too much energy). We made it CD 9 to 16.
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why? I like fruity and something that doesn't taste like alcohol. I love my cappuccino's in the morning. I also like various teas with honey.
No big updates on me right now. Had my TSH and progesterone level tested yesterday but I don't know the results yet.
You just made me all teary eyed! Thank you for the ((hugs))! I'm in great need of them. I'm having a tough time this week and I think it will only go down from here so I am greatly appreciative for them! I'm waiting to O and start my FWP time!
QOTD:
1. We'll see. I'm still early, but hopeful that this will be it!
2. Alcoholic, I love margaritas! And fruity drinks... Non-alcoholic, I am also a huge hot tea drinker and English Breakfast Tea is my all time favorite!! I love Twinings!
Thank you for the well wishes and for the warm welcome! I'm hoping that this is it and just got to stay positive. I'm good for right, thank you for your suggestion though.
1. It's too soon to tell. Sunday we go for the follicle scan and if it's good, off to shoot myself with the HCG trigger. Tuesday we go in and get DH's swimmers "cleaned" and injection takes place.
2. Alcoholic: Love mudslides! Non-alcoholic: Pink lemonade.
Because of the great "Snow"vember of 2015, my medicated cycle was cancelled. However, we were blessed with our little rainbow baby due on 8/14/15! Baby J had other plans and decided to make his grand ole entrance on 7/4/2015!
Surprise! Our little girl entered this world on 12/8/2016 after her eviction notice was long past due. Our little turkey baby turned into a snow baby!
Hungryhippo, I?m keeping my FX for your BFP in <2weeks, LaTi07 lots of O dust to you, angielayne926 good luck with OPK?s, ktsnshn extra T&P?s for you & I live in FL but we eat, breathe, and sleep Wisconsin sports in my house (DH is from WI), jantyme hope your timing was perfect and your test results are good, bribri81404 extra T&P?s for you, bribri81404 GL with IUI.
Update: Still waiting to O, checked off genetic counseling and psych evals off of our to do list for split/shared donor IVF, waiting for results to be sent to RE so we can be approved & matched up.
Milestones: 1st BFP anniversary on 3/11, starting IVF tentatively in March as a split/shared donor.
QOTD:
1. Not real positive, kind of hard to be when your chances are so low. I just hope I O soon, the shorter my cycles are the closer I am to starting IVF.
2. Alcoholic- wine, sweet red or white zin Non-alcoholic- water and sweet tea.
Hello Ladies,
I am hoping I am introducing myself to the right group, I apologize if not. My journey began in November 2009 when I married the man of my dreams. We knew we wanted to start a family from the beginning but wanted to wait until we were married for a year. In December of 2010 we stopped using any preventions but did not really start actively trying just had the mind set that if it happens it happens.
On June 5th 2011, the day after my birthday, we got the wonderful news that we were 7 weeks pregnant and got to see our baby's heart beat. We were beyond thrilled. This excitement and happiness lasted until I went in at 10 weeks to hear the heartbeat ( I insisted on going in early cause I felt like something wasn't right.) When the nurse was unable to pick up the heartbeat she told me it was still early and that we should just come back later. She was very rude about this. I told her I was concerned and would like an ultrasound she all but refused to give me one telling me it wasn't necessary and that I was just being paranoid. She told me to come back at 14 weeks at which time she would schedule one for me. In case you are wondering why my doctor was not part of this conversation at the time I was just seeing a midwife and nurse.
I left feeling very discouraged and decided to take things into my own hands and contact a doctor who would give me an ultrasound. We scheduled it for the following week. I went in at 11 weeks and discovered that our baby's heart had stopped beating at 9 weeks. We were heartbroken. We decided to miscarry naturally but after two weeks of waiting we went back for a D&C.
It has now been six months since we said goodbye and as all of you ladies know everyday has been a challenge. This month has been the hardest for us since our EDD was February 4th. I think in have cried almost everyday this month... Ugh. We decided to start TTC 4 months ago and are hoping for our rainbow baby.
I just want to say thank-you ladies for all of the support you have offered me since I have been here, you guys are a real blessing! Baby dust to all of you and (((Hugs))) as well!
-Laura
Hi, ladies! I'm sorry that we have some new ones joining us, I wish there were fewer losses instead of more. (((hugs)))
My update: This is my second cycle with progesterone, so I'm not sure exactly what's going on. I forgot completely to take OPKs yesterday or today and this morning I was all out of whack and didn't take my temperature, so I have no idea if I'm actually close to O. However, I have more EWCM than I can remember in a long time, and my CP is HSO, so I'm jumping DH regardless! If I am in fact Oing today or tomorrow, this will be probably the shortest cycle I've ever had. The miracle of progesterone taking my 45-day cycles down to 28. ^_^
QOTD:
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? I'm pretty happy about it. Even though I don't know what's going on I feel strangely optimistic about the way my body is behaving.
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why? I love me some water with lemon at work, but I'm also a huge soda junkie. I
diet cherry pepsi hardcore. My favorite alcoholic drink is either a dark, hoppy beer for unwinding, or a nice Zinfandel when drinking with friends.
Welcome - I'm glad you found the check in and joined us! I have added you to our list.

Welcome to the group! I think that there may still be an active Feb EDD check in on the board, but I don't know that for sure. Keep an eye out for it if you have any interest in being part of that group. It will be up to that check in group to opt in to our combined check in here if they want to at any point. In the meantime, you are absolutely welcome in this check in each week.
If you haven't already, I'd also suggest you post an intro on the board so that those outside of this check in can get to know you too. Please disregard this advice if you've already done that.
I added you to our list on the first post. I'm sorry for your loss and I hope your stay on TTCAL is short and sweet.

Ladies, I can't tell you how much I appreciate being a part of a check in that is active with women in all the various stages of TTC and who know what it is like to be this far removed from our losses but are STILL here.
GL to everyone in the various stages of waiting. Welcome to ladies who joined us this week. And congrats to Roxy who announced her BFP on PGAL this morning!
Oh, and based on your responses, I have a feeling we'd have a really good time if we all went out drinking together.

Thank you HungryHippo for putting this check-in together!
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? Ok, I guess. Our timing seems like it was good. I am 3DPO now. Nothing to do at this point but wait it out.
2. What are your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and why? I am a big wino. I love wine. Good wine though. Not the cheap stuff. Nothing in a carton, and unless it's a good Rose, I don't like pink wine like white zinfandel. I also love water, as far as non-alky beverages go. I drink lots of water, hot tea, and iced tea(both green and black, unsweetened).
1. How are you feeling about your current cycle? More optimistic than I think I should be, which always scares me. I'm on CD 18 and I think about 2 DPO, I don't chart so that's an educated guess based on other indicators.
2. Favorite drinks? I most drink water honestly...but my favorite non-alcoholic drink is probably apple cider, it's super comforting to me. Favorite alcoholic drink? Probably wine, I'm not picky about what type.
