Did any of you use a postpartum doula? I don't have a birth doula, and I think that's okay, but I've been considering a postpartum doula and wonder if anybody has any recommendations?
If you don't have family or close friends to help, a postpartum doula is a great idea. Two PP doulas that I know personally are Angie Dobbins Frisbee and Megan Davis. At least give them a call.
I don't have a PP doula rec (I had an amazing birth doula, but I just checked and it doesn't look like she does separate PP work), but I wanted to say that I think it's a great idea! I'll ask her if there's anyone she'd recommend.
