tear in the placenta

in 1st Trimester

At 10 week I stared to bleed real bad they said i have a tear in my Placenta. has anyone had this?

    I bled at around 11 weeks with DS due to a small placental tear. DS was fine and the tear eventually healed. GL!

    I had this with DD#2. They saw a bleed and tear on the u/s but I never had any bleeding or spotting on the outside (for lack of a better way to put it). They were very insitive and told me that they were pretty sure I should miscarry, that there was nothing they could, and I should just go home and wait. Needless to say, I switched doctors. My new doctor told me it was actually quite common and that it often resolves itself, which mine did. My DD is now a happy and very healthy 4 1/2 year old.

    i'm 11 weeks now and it happend again. This is scary now the bleeding is slowing down but when I go to the bathroom there is a lot of mucus on the tp is this bad? has anyone had this?
