Daycare Center Moms - does your daycare ask for feedback?

We got a survey from our daycare last week.  Its the first time I've gotten a survey from them in the 3 years we've been there.  I'm pleased to see it, but am curious whether this is something other daycares do too - it seems like they should do this regularly.

    It is funny you ask this because just today I was thinking they should.  They are doing a great job and I wanted to let them know.  I decided I was going to write a letter.  We've not been there a full year so they may do it and I don't know.

    They do parent/teacher conferences but I am guessing most parents might not speak up at such things.

    Our old daycare did do a feedback survey. Our new one has yet to do one, but we haven't been there a year yet.

    We just got one last week through email.  I think they do them once a year, I recall filling 2 out so far.

    I don't think ours does them.  I can't remember filling one out.

    I haven't got one yet. February marks our 1 year with this center so if it's an annual thing there's still time for one to come out.

    The facility we attend sends out surveys on individual teachers and on the classroom curriculum 2-3 x/yr.

    Ours does annually typically in the fall. They publish the results in their quarterly newsletter.

    Yes, we are at a chain and we are asked to fill out surveys occasionally.

    Yes, twice a year.  they used to publish the results and address comments but I found a lot of the responses defensive.  This year they just said they would address comments with the teachers.

    Yes, I filled out a survey last year for DS's old daycare.
    DS born 8/8/09 and DD born 6/12/12.

    SORRY FOR THE CAPS!  IM USING MY ITOUCH AND CANT TURN IT OFF! WE COMPLETE SURVEYS AFTER EACH TRANSITION. SO I GIVE FEEDBACK A MONTH AFTER MY KIDS MOVE TO A NEW ROOM. DD2 JUST STARTED DAYCARE AND THE COORDINATOR CALLED ME TO ASK HOW I FOUND THE NEW ROOM, THEIR TEACHERS, AND DID I HAVE ANY CONCERNS ETC. I REALLY LOVE OUR DAYCARE!
