DS goes to Good Shepherd Methodist. I highly recommend it. Many people also send their kids to St. Matthews off of Old Bridge near Fantasy playground. However, a lot are transferring to Good Shepherd for their 4 year old 5 day a week class b/c apparently it's the best around.
ETA: I don't know if you were looking for part time preschools or not. I like this one b/c despite being Methodist, they don't push the religious education much and set it up so that if you don't want your kids to participate in that part, it's easy to skip it. We're atheist, but haven't had a problem with how they've presented religion thus far. DS is also having a great time and learning a bunch of good social skills, which is what we really wanted in a preschool.
