I am desperately trying to find day care for an infant around the Troy/Brunswick area and could use some recommendations. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
You can search by zip code, and it will tell you about all licensed day cares (home-based and centers) in your area. It helped me start to figure out what my options were.
It's so close to my house that we had to at least check them out. I am actually going to visit them next Friday. Thank you for replying. It's comforting to know that someone has an opinion of them (good or bad).
Did/Do you find that the large size of the facility is an issue? That's my only concern with them so far, also I don't know the rates yet, so that could be another one too depending on what they say of course :-)
Thanks wendyj. I've been using the site to check on places mostly because there's no way to determine if a provider is good or not from the site. It definately has helped though.
Re: Day Care Recommendations around Troy/Brunswick
Not familiar with childcare in that area, but you can check the State's website:

Thanks again and let me know if you don't mind
