Discharge - TMI

Ok....so at our first appointment, I asked doc about the fact that I have wet panties every day (just a round spot) - which dries whitish/yellowish ... and at times it smells and icky smelly-ammonia-ish almost...which I dont know if that is just from wearing those panties all day to make it smell, or what. He said that he didn't see any infection when he did the pap - and that those things come and go. Didn't seem too worried.  Well I still have it...and I am debating do I call the doc tomorrow or just wait until our next appt on the 30th?? 

 

Anyone else have this type of thing? Or anyone think I should call and see if they will check me out? I was cleared of std's etc with the blood tests and all the stuff they do at the first appt (I wasn't worried about that).. AHHH! HELP! AND SORRY FOR THE TMI :)

    I think that's pretty normal. I've had creamy-ish discharge since a few days before my expected period. Some days its a little more wet. No matter what its gross! I've just been wearing liners to not notice it as much.

    I think it's normal. I've had discharge too and it's creamy also. Unless it's coming out in streams or bloody, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Ya, same here. Some days I'm super wet it's ridiculous. I've heard this is pretty normal though, so I'm just dealing with it for now. I may try the liner idea.

    Ditto but be cautions with liners being pg raises occurrences of yeast infections and they say that liners actually tend to make them more common I have struggled with that allot! Since getting pg I have had 3 yeast infections NOT FUN!

    Discharge is really common and it usually increases as your pregnancy progresses.  Just practice good hygiene and you should be ok.  If you are very concerned, call your doctor tomorrow and ask them what you should be looking for or be concerned about.

    I just decided it was easier and made me feel cleaner to just throw on a liner every day. Makes you feel so much better!

    I'm an "dischargy" on a normal basis and when i get pregnant, watch out!  It's so bad I get irritated.  And mine too sometimes looks yellowish.  I had this iwht my first pregnancy and I asked the Dr. and they said as long as you don't have other symptoms with it (itchy, burning, foul smell), it's likely just discharge and not an infection or YI.
