One nap? When's lunch?

Hi ladies,

DD is in the very early stages of dropping a nap. I'm reading a lot that says to push the am nap to 11, then later and later til it's about 12 or 12:30.

If I put DD down for a nap at 11, what time would she eat lunch?

What is your LOs nap/ lunch schedule?

Snack before nap and lunch when LO wakes up? DS has lunch at 12:30 ish and goes down for a nap around 1-2.

My DD doesn't exactly have "lunch" for this reason.

She has breakfast at 9:00 and normally a snack (fruit normally) at 11ish. She naps from noon-2 - 2:30 when she wakes up she has another snack (cheese and crackers, half a sandwhich, whatever we have) then dinner is at 5:30. She doesn't sit at a table for these snack/lunches I just leave a plate on her table and she takes bites while she plays.

Breakfast 8, lunch 'round 11, nap about 11:30-2, snack at 3, snack at 5, dinner 6:30, bed 7:30 or 8.

T goes down around 11:30 and gets up between 1:30 and 2:30. T generally eats a pretty big breakfast so we do a snack before nap and lunch when she gets up. Snack is usually a banana and some milk.

Landry and Hudson eat at noon and go down at 1. They sleep until 4.

If I were you I would almost feed him at 11 and then, put him down. I would think that he would sleep longer with a full tummy.

The boys just started taking one nap. They eat breakfast at 9am, get a snack at 11, then go down at 11:30. They wake between 1:30 and 2:00. They get lunch as soon as they wake up.

Week days at daycare LO eats at 11:30 and is napping by 12:30.

Weekends her schedule is never the same as daycare. She usually snacks around 10 and naps at 11:00 then eats a late light lunch and then has a big dinner.

She usually wakes up between 9-10, eats lunch at 12-12:30, goes down for a nap around 1-1:30.

Each couple of days, try to put him down 10 or 15 minutes later until you get to 1:00 or so. That way, he'll get a nice lunch and take that nice long nap. It's pretty fantastic!

Grant wakes up around 8 and eats breakfast around 8:30. He is ready for a nap by 11. Since he naps early I don't want to feed him lunch two hours after breakfast. So I usually give him a little snack right before his nap then he eats lunch when he wakes up around 1:30. He usually has a snack around 4 and dinner at 6.

She has a huge breakfast and heavy "snack" (half a sandwich, fruit, cheese) at playgroup before nap. Sometimes it's a cereal bar instead of sandwich. She sleeps 12-3ish and has maybe some pasta and veggies when she wakes up, then dinner at 6. She only really eats 4x a day, but it's a pretty significant amount each time so I don't stress too much about it.

DD is just now dropping a nap also. She wakes up and eats breakfast about 530, then has a snack about 900, so I am having this same problem.

Sometimes I just have to give her a fairly late lunch. I will usually try to make it on the smaller side if it is pushing into late afternoon so that she has a chance to eat dinner still.
