Contraction help

For the last 4 hours I've been having inconsistent contractions. However as time passes they get more intense and last a lot longer. They're still a little sparatic but i've timed a few at 13 minutes apart and lasting as long as 15 minutes!! Its so painful and lasts soo long! Is anyone else having this???

 

BTW I'm 38 1/2 weeks
