Inexpensive Quick Harlem Restaurants?

Good morning!  It's been a while since I've posted on here.  Hope you're all well, and nice to *meet* all who have come over since I last posted a few months ago.

Anyway, I'm going to Harlem Lanes tonight with some friends, but since it's not until a little later, another friend and I are thinking about grabbing a bite to eat before.

I know there are a bunch of great places up there, but I don't know what they are or how fast they are, etc.?

Do any of you have any recommendations for Harlem (near 126th & 7th) that is both inexpensive (<$20/person) and relatively quick (in at 6:30, out by 7:20 or so).
