Some people in general don't know the difference between it and type 1 diabetes. My SIL thinks it's all the same and tried to compare my H's cousin's pregnancy with gestational with my type 1, as many times as her brother (my H) has explained that they are not the same. My diabetes unfortunately won't go away after the baby comes.

Good to hear. I don't go until March and I keep thinking that I will have it because I am overweight. However my pregnancy is very strange to me and my MW doesn't think I will have it.

That's wonderful news!
I still have to take that test but I think they don't do it until 28 weeks.
